Junior's Krav maga 


Our Junior Dragons Warrior Krav Maga sessions disseminate development for adolescents with high practicality self-defense system and level, fitness and interests suitable for challenging and unwarranted aggressive circumstances they may stumble across in their everyday life, in which might be confronted and attacked by adults (criminal assault or sexual abuse and/or scenarios between children and their peers).

The Junior Krav Maga System entails of realistic self-protection techniques, skills and aptitude that are effective not just only against bullies, but any adult offender as well, which include situational awareness, solutions to conflicts, element of surprise, strong, appropriate and an accurate engagement measures in physical contact – at the same token, the instructions reiterate a proper mindsets cultivation on when it is and is not appropriate to use these techniques unless in a productive ways.

Our Krav Maga tactics intellect goals are great ways for the Juniors to acquire proactive approach on how to handle themselves appropriately at school and at home, keep in shape, but in many ways it is also so much more than that – not just exhibiting a form of defensive processes, it is a way to face life head-on that carries on to all aspects of their daily routine no matter the challenges, in which present a valuable independent attitudes towards physical and mental satisfactions, but not limited to, respect, dedication, responsibility, focus, energies, and grace under pressure in social settings -- understanding, thoughtfulness, and leadership competencies are core ideologies we instill in our students.


Our YOUNG KRAV MAGA CLASS will typically be comprised of GREATER OBJECTIVITIES, EXPERIENCES and PROACTIVE ESSENTIAL DEXTERITIES in the areas of:


  • --  Developing physical abilities (exercises and fitness) such as coordination, functional strength, and mobility, which are important foundations to stay fit and strong for becoming healthy adults.

  • --  Developing key life skills (goal setting and personal achievement), like certainty, self-confidence, self-discipline, respect, teamwork, and leadership.

  • --  Pre-emptive action (Solutions to conflict), such as avoidance and de-escalation, including situational awareness, violence prevention, stops bullying and stranger danger, etc.

  • --  Simulation training, resolve and stress drilling, reactive instruction and the aptitude to function under pressure and tension.
